Nested VM Hypervisor aka Enabling VT-x for Guests

To enable nested VT, add this line to the .vmx file of the ESXi virtual machine:
vhv.enable = "TRUE"
The easiest way to do this is download the .vmx file from the data store, edit it, and over-write the original.
